Terms of Service

1. Who we are

PrepForIELTS (“the service”) is operated by SERGEI SUSLOV PR, registered in Serbia (“we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected].

The service is a self-study tool for IELTS Writing Task 2. It gives you an estimated band per criterion, points at the sentences behind each estimate, and coaches you through fixing them.

2. What the service is not

The service does not mark official IELTS examinations and its estimates are not IELTS results. Bands shown are estimates presented as ranges. No band outcome is promised or guaranteed, and real exam scores vary between sittings and between examiners.

The service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the owners of the IELTS trademark. See the notice at the end of this page.

3. Your account

You sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure. One person, one account; do not share credentials.

You may delete your account at any time from the account menu. Deleting the account removes your essays, evaluations, re-scores and profile — see the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Write your own essays. Do not use the service to submit work that is not yours, to abuse the evaluation pipeline (automated bulk submission, attempts to extract prompts or model output at scale), or to break the daily limits that keep it available for everyone.

We may suspend an account that does any of the above.

5. Payments

A free account includes one full evaluation. Beyond that, access is sold as a three-month or six-month plan.

Both plans are one-time purchases. You are charged once, access runs for the period you bought, and then it ends. Nothing renews automatically, no card is kept on file, and there is nothing to cancel.

Payments are processed by Polar, acting as merchant of record and seller of the plans. Card details go to Polar directly; we never see or store them. Polar issues your receipt and handles any tax due.

Refunds. You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have used no more than 3 evaluations in that period. Write to [email protected] from the address on your account. Outside that window, or once more than 3 evaluations have run, purchases are final.

6. Availability and changes

The service is offered as-is, and evaluation depends on third-party language models that can be slow or unavailable. A failed evaluation does not count against your daily limit.

We may change features and prices. Material changes to these terms will be shown before they apply to you.

7. Age

You must be 16 or older to create an account.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the account menu; this removes your essays, evaluations and history immediately and cannot be undone. Deleting an account during a paid period does not refund the remainder of that period, except under section 5.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches section 4.

9. Liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. In particular we do not warrant that an estimated band will match an official IELTS result — see section 2.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, and the courts of Serbia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
